Second we need to discuss the spraying of bugs and weeds.

Hmm, Singapore...that's where if you spray paint graffiti on a car they have a martial artist dip a cane in ink and beat you so hard with it it leaves a tattoo, right?

I plan to keep the rental for long term so not that concerned about cost but more concerned about tenants not using the self clean feature safely even after education or spraying inside with chemicals.

Then again we have massive dairy farms nearby spraying cow effluent over their multi-acreage feed lots & that apparently washes down into the lake.

Even if they didn't have a pest spray done while living there they should have cleaned it after vacating the property. 

On cement grouts, I use surface sealers in spray bottle to spray down grout joints, let it soak in a bit, then buff off the tile with clean dry rag.

Any thing short of $1M is a waste of time and effort...and you'll be spraying the same words seen at the top of this page...and with good reason.

Mine were eaten by squirrels two years ago and weird weather last year killed all of the peaches in my state.I'm planning on putting sheet metal around my tree this year and spraying Pam or something else on it so the squirrels can't climb it.
