I predict you would have an easier time pulling out each of your toenails with an old rusted needle nose plier then to rent to this tenant.

Having a stranger approach them and basically rub their nose in their failure - even if it is simply stating that you "know" - you are going to get more doors slammed in your face than grateful sellers. 

The tenant just says that his doctor suggests there might be mold because the tenant has been experiencing cough, fatigue, headache, running nose, rash etc.... and they requested I get the house tested to prove no mold.

Fast forward 6 months into 2009 and after most of the younger side of the battalion had already separated from active duty the economy takes a nose dive!
