I currently pay the water and internet bill out of pocket and only request rent and the electric bill be paid for by the tenants.

@Ruth Lyons Prior to fixing anything, did the buyers come back with their requests?

Hi all, I am in San Diego.I am not sure this is the right place for this request or even allowed.

Looking at all the options on Zillow Rentals it seems like there's a lot of places falling apart and landlords want their tenants to pay for everything (no washer/dryer included, lawn care not included, first $100 of any maintenance requests, etc).   

I am submitting a request for possession of my property in Northumberland County, Pennsylvania.

The tenant has to request a "reasonable accommodation" to have an ESA if the lease agreement prohibits pets and animals.

He is requesting 2 cases of caulk (12 tubes in each case).

Venmo does not allow for dispute, they just tell you to request the funds back from the person you sent them to.

HOA is involved and they reply to HOA request of fixing their radiator and reply to HOA email according to hoa, but when I write them to fix the damage of my ceiling they just do not reply to my email or txt or phone call.And this is not first time that’s happening, in past 6 years there was two different damageme caused by them.
