I switched to Allstate a couple years ago and about a year ago asked for a reminder of the dangerous breed list and was informed they got rid of it.

@Levi Bennett The casino anecdote reminds me of a friend in Texas that bought an RV park along a highway when she caught wind of a pipeline being constructed near there in rural West TX. 

@Nathan G. that is what I was thinking because she had plenty of time to get it back to me with whether or not she was going to vacate or renew with the rent increase and I even sent her a reminder and she said she would get the form back to me yesterday.

The PM can contact them reminding them of their contractual responsibilitites, so they aren't surprised when they get a big invoice, but I would not hire an attorney.

When people talk about a "crash", I like to remind them that the 2008 crash started in 2006 and bottomed in 2010-2012 depending on the market.

I'm not an Austin guy, but I follow it because it reminds me of Denver where we work, and I've had some Austin real estate agents as clients before, so they're always talking to me about it. 

@Matthew Kirkwold     it is fine to say you are the owner, the thing not to do is remind them you are an owner all the time.
