Hi– Looking for recommendations from investors whom have used reliable (and affordable) window contractors in Atlanta for rehab projects.

I need a reliable/dependable contractor I can trust to get the job done with me being remote. 

If you have any recommendation for a reliable, investor-friendly GC or Skilled Handyman in the east valley, please let me know.

What do you recommend for finding an honest, reliable broker?

We're in the same boat--new, getting ready to start, but wanting a contractor who's honest, reliable, and competent. 

Can anyone here suggest any good reliable and fair contractors in Georgia that they have personally worked with.

It's been a little challenging to find a good realtor who is experienced and knowledgeable while also reliable and motivated enough to return calls/emails personally and consistently, and actively look for properties within my criteria, and go on viewings for or with me instead of passing me on to a "team member".

I cant find any reliable info about that.Thanks in advance for your inputs

Related to the contractor, or any service provider, I think it is important to choose quality and reliability over price.
