It's refreshing to hear from a fellow Ohioan on here in the Columbus market.

Before your book there was only one other book I found that was aimed at the passive syndication investor and it is refreshing to have more sources for information with concise and clear descriptions on what to expect and what to watch out for!

The truth is that when that tenant moves out, there is a great possibility that the unit will need some refreshing but you'll mostly likely have to give the whole deposit back anyway.
