The newer cabinets tend to be cheap particle board crap that falls apart and if any water gets on them or a pipe leak they blow up and crumble apart fast.If you have solid wood you might want to keep them and just refinish with maybe new hardware.If this is a rental versus a resale you want to not over improve.If you need appliances there are often (scratch and dent) sales from Home Depot and other places where the product is new to almost new.

So 1 person completely gutting, wiring, hanging and finishing drywall, painting and then laying or refinishing floors is roughly 70 man hours for a bedroom. 2 people should shave a bit but not much off the total man hours.

We are considering even option like this, but since the property was extensively rehabed and tenants tend to damage stuff faster than homeowners it might be just a last resort in case we will decide to keep it longer and for example refinish the basement to add some more sqft or do other improvements.
