Markets behave in a weird convoluted way in response to intervention so predicting the exact outcome in terms of which commodity will be impacted in what way taxes a more complex analysis.

And I really need to start seeing this business dole out regular and predictable profits instead of holding them forever.

My agent is knowledgeable, thorough, and instrumental in all the transactions I do.

But yeah, once the COVID regulations went in and the federal government claimed that kind of power for itself through the CDC, the outcomes didn't need a crystal ball to be correctly predicted.

You are basically just guessing on your first one and based on those results you can better predict additional units.

Also, your predictions should be supported by evidence (like historical population and job growth).

Even if the market levels off, no one can predict a drop.

Not saying on occasion you would find a standout but for the most part predicting future SEV is impossible. 

There are lots of easy ways to predict what you could earn.
