And if you are in a student-y area there isn't a grad student alive who wouldn't jump at this.This stuff and a pot rack can get you a kitchenette where anyone can make a complete 4 person meal.

There is no way you would voluntarily say I want propane if natural gas was running near your house.   

If they lied that is an issue but if you didn’t ask I don’t see why this is something they would voluntarily bring up.
