We have a management team that is ready to manage the residential and commercial space. 

Unfortunately, I do not have experience in this space; therefore, I hope to get guidance from an experienced NYC developer.

I am interested in the small multi-family space, and I want to learn more about syndication.

Casting a wide net and exploring all avenues in your area (especially at first) is key to success in the MTR space.

You also become responsible for making sure your tenant has a livable space - keeping all the major systems up and going - so hot water heater, AC, the roof, electric, plumbing, etc.
