I'm guilty of working too much, and I've found I'm happier when I partake in the occasional excellent dinner out.

I am guilty of doing everything myself in my personal and professional life because of this mindset!

Doing any real estate activities without the supervision of your broker in MD will be deemed to be brokering without a license, and your broker/manager could be guilty of failure to supervise. 

i am asking because i am in the same boat as you and am feeling guilty for thinking about the houses even when i am playing with my 1 year old..any feedback would be appreciated.

I do that and felt guilty for not picking up the phone, but the written correspondence has been great documentation in these transactions.

At this point they’re guilty of helping people lose their hard earned money.

This industry can come off very much a "guilty until proven innocent" scene.

Its a way to ensure that when you get sued and are being found guilty and liable only the assets within that LLC are at risk (but make no mistake you are still personally liable for your personal actions).

It goes up in the local news and you are done for because in the eyes of the neighbors they are guilty.
