I can certainly see that with 5 students living in a house that none of them fess up or blame it on one of the others without naming a specific person as in "I saw that window was broken, maybe one of the other guys did it" kind of thing.

Lesson learned there... never give cleaning person a guests address.

Once the information is received or given over the phone or person a Pre-Qualification can be determined from that minimal information alone.

I know a couple of investors who have used this (the cost is pretty minimal) and they were able to close deals as a result of simply giving the person a call.
