In 2013, more bidders came on the scene and the deals were gone.Near the end, I didn't go physically inspect the condos because we had enough experience with them that we could make assumptions based on the averages.

Doesn't matter where it is, just has to be a a good one so they learn how things work behind the scenes.

Long term benefit would be I’d have a place to live come next November, and the Airbnb scene (it’s south Florida) is very popular so I could be looking at decent returns for most of the year once the tenants are out.Is it worth going for it and maybe trying to deal with removing the tenants over the course of their remaining lease, or leaving them in place and biting the bullet for 16 months and count on long term benefits?

-What are the sleazy tactics that are done behind the scenes to fleece you out of your money?

I'm currently reading a lot on bigger pockets and some books, and I want to network with like-minded individuals who are in the hotel/larger multifamily commercial scene.

I am new to the real estate scene so any information will be valuable in my books.1) What are some challenges you faced at the start of your wholesaling career?

Our goal is to create enough passive income so I can eventually quit my day job, and work at purchasing more income properties to further increase cash flow.I realize my expectations may be a bit embellished, but we needed to start somewhere.We're quite new to the scene, and would appreciate any and all feedback!
