Ok, @Bob Bowling and @David Faulkner, let's look at the other side of the spectrum (and I mean a complete 180 degree view).  

I earned my Bachelors's Degree at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).Looking to network, with investors, buyers, sellers and landlords. 

I have a college business degree with emphasis in real estate.  

Being a landlord mean being thick skinned, being able to be objective, and to some degree having to be 'the bad guy" sometimes - not everyone is comfortable taking on these roles - best of luck to you - I'm looking forward to seeing how all of this turns out.

I am currently in higher education in enrollment management with several master's degrees, but have always been interested in all things real estate.  

Hopefully I will meet someone there who will be will into show me a few things in return for me adding value to them whatever that may be, such as a free intern, free tech support (in the last yea of getting a computer science degree) or just free labor worker for there properties.

I have an associates degree in construction management and am currently enrolled for my BS.

I have a degree in advertising & marketing but i don't like sales even though I sold 5 cars in my first month with no experience.
