Something does not check out. 1) the reps have very American sounding first and last name but their accents are completely not.

Best bet is to go talk with some local banks and commercial lenders bc most likely that's not gonna fly on any kind of conventional loan.

Every system you try will have flaws, or you may salivate over a feature that appears in other software.Some familiar names are mentioned frequently: Stessa, Apartments.com, RentRedi, TenantCloud, Innago, RentManager, Avail, Rentec Direct, Doorloop, etc.I recommend conducting thorough research on each app online to understand their offerings, pricing, etc.

Then right before closing, they ran the county records and said they can’t do a HELOC on a home I don’t personally own, and I would need to do a quit claim deed and put it back in my name to get the loan approved and then can do another quit claim deed to put it back under the LLC that it’s currently operating under.
