I really feel that the majority of millennials will gravitate to rentals and i think this idea is best of both worlds.

He's the number one advocate of multifamily as he cites the fact that the U.S. population continues to grow, the U.S. is turning into a renter nation, credit profiles were destroyed during the recession, and millennials don't want to be tied down to a mortgage or location.

I really liked the concept as I think high end hostels/private rooms for a reasonable cost is something many of millennials are looking for during travel.

Millennials are finally leaving the nest to live on their own,  and are willing  to live in the city without a car, have a grocery store withing walking distance,  or even in their building.

Seems like almost everyone here is a "high tech" millennial.

There are way too many wholesalers who are using in what I call and coin the "Millennial" 70% Rule vs. 1990s aka "Old School" 70% Rule.Millennial Rule: Many if not most new wholesalers will minus Repairs and their Fee-only from the ARV.

Dustin,I think a lot of the points that you bring up are caused from the stereotypical "millennial mindset"and their lack of work and lack of financial intelligence.
