Yes it's not the most landlord friendly but thousands, probably millions of people have become multi-millionaires from CA appreciation over the years and passed that onto their kids and grandkids.

Hey @Hannah Joy - I'd echo @Bruce Woodruff those are both educational degrees that take thousands of hours to become a professional at. 

So, we spent thousands of dollars on 4 months in an Airbnb and local storage WHICH WASN’T EVEN NECESSARY.

But it was very obvious that the entire goal of the 3 day seminar was a funnel, to get you to join their 'mentor group'... or whatever they called it... and the fee was similar to what you are being pitched in the 10's of thousands of dollars.
