-With all of the above stuff going on, maybe taking out TSP loans, spending almost all of our liquid cash and moving into a new house is not a great idea to do right now. 

So understandably, its the "cool thing" to do with real estate.   

Just like any city, there are probably some owner/landlords that are older and maybe looking to just liquidate.

I don't have much in the way of liquid assets, I own a condo with a good chunk of equity in it.

The problem right now in building one is the cooling of STRs nationwide. 

I will say that most of those are repairs that needed to get done but guests were cool about it.What you could do regarding the lawn mowing is find out when they will be out and head over then and get 'er done.Installing the mini split, how long is the installer estimating? 

Not cool and validates my decision to term the old company.
