If there's one common theme I've learned from this forum and the podcast, it's that integrity & honesty are everything in this business.

The properties keep their integrity of being passive if you ever decide to sell.

The most important aspect is getting the money, which is what you do with your personal relationships and integrity.

Just like any other fields of endeavor, you have individuals of integrity, who see what they do as a profession and handle themselves as professionals.

Dunno...not a good feeling about the current owner's integrity.
