The fact that Morris Invest in taking on the management , my guess is they actually have no management experience and or would have never sold anyone these in the first place as they will likely bury themselves/investors trying to manage these now. 

tyty If you don't need the cash now, no sense in taking a $140k haircut, you can afford to keep bleeding $5k/yr for at least another 30 years rather than taking the painful hit now - in my opinion you will probably see something happen in the next 30 years and see the value go back up.It sounds like a great place with nice views

We had almost every problem you could have on a property: sagging ground, bad foundations, floods, sewer backups, broken sewer laterals, plumbing issues are normal, furnaces go out at -20F because the intake freezes shut you name it. 

In taking the FHA route and with me searching for SFH I would have to live in the home for a year before selling ( I think?).

What is their benefit in taking this stance against wholesalers?
