You could hire property management and probably still do well although I am not sure of the options in that city.- If I use a 1031 Exchange, does the next property also have to be a duplex?

I would be hiring an attorney to be first in line for any distributions that do come as it's literally first come first serve for people that file suits and obtain judgement first.

This is important because these are generally the property owners with standing to file an appeal if they are not satisfied with the plans which can become a drawn out and expensive process.  

Curious if we have to officially wait till trump is president or if some banks have already started the process.
