There are a few but those HOAs also seem to have poorer external maintenance and landscaping.

Personally, I am not a fan of sheetrock over lath-n-plaster.If the plaster is in descent shape and we have no need to get into the wall cavity (i.e. not an external wall with wind blocks which need to be removed so we can insulate) we will endeavour to repair and leave the plaster ... as others have mentioned, it stands up much better than drywall.If the plaster has pulled away from the lath, we will typically remove it, level the plane of the "studs" and sheet rock the wall.

Hi @Joe Kim I appreciate your candor and your willingness to share how external factors can cause your good property deals to end up not being good deals, which ultimately has nothing to do with not picking good properties.

Maybe they would let you for the water sensor but an camera even if external seems a bit over the top.
