U may want to try it and book a room and see for your self.. so for my trip to DC 3 nights cost me ( actually just checked) it was 60.00 extra 20.00 per night for 24 hour cancellation and half of  that for 5 days.. 

They've been the best tenants because they are only there half the time and even then, they work all day and just sleep there.

I offered that it was understandable to bump into a gutter and that I would even return half of the deposit.

When it says "broom swept" it doesn't mean leaving half of your life belongings behind along with other trash as high as your knees throughout the property.

We do however expect the second half of this year to really pick up in terms of trades.
