I would recommend checking out Airbnb, Zillow and Furnished Finder to see what else is out there in terms of competition to get an idea of pricing and level of furnishings. 

It's a great idea, especially as we might be heading into a recession and people are going to be looking down a level in rent from what they might have otherwise.

Most of the work is being done more at the handy man level of experience. 

If Margaritaville can return occupancy back to former levels these will be worthwhile investments for us.  

Assessing the seller's professionalism and sophistication is critical in deciding the level of detail required in this procedure.
