However, I'm familiar with CFP designation and they are mostly educated in investing in equity markets.

You want the ability to pursue both fo themf or unpaid rent, and you can't rent out half the house.When we have couples rent, we always designate the strongest applicant as primary on the lease to avoid getting involved with any disputes. 

At a standard brokerage, we have to design how were eating their lunch and what's left. eXp put's out there they will give away the lion's share of brokerage comm split's, making it available to those "up-chain" of that agent.

If the bottom stair is taller than the top stair the basement may have been designed to resist water.
