What a scam!  

I havent had contact with these people but is it common for these scams to come from Utah?

So there seems to be this concept that "wholesalers" are out to trick, scam, find a sucker, etc.I don't even wholesale in the traditional sense, i.e.

Hi Everyone,My husband owns a handyman business and in the last week we have gotten text messages (which are not uncommon for our customers), however the 3 texts I am referring to are scams and I just wanted to share with other contractors so that you are aware.Each of the 3 texts started out asking about a specific service our company offers such as one was hardwood floor install, and the third pressure washing, don't remember what the second one was without looking.The first one gave me a red flag when I asked where they found out about our company when they gave me a website our company is not listed on, but I played along to see where they were going with this.

N4/L1 results in an order to pay, not an eviction, then when you try to use the N12 that you should have used in the first place you'll be seen as trying to scam the system and likely be denied.

Little do they know they are being scammed by a licensee.

Most people who are the victims of scams are "smart" enough, but they get caught up in the moment, thinking that "I'm special".My wife and I were discussing this the other night when the news show was talking about the plane crash in Toronto.

Your getting scammed and most likely they are simply moving to some other place of their choice. 

Someone who wants to scam the system will find a way around regardless of any fine print.
