The resident is wrong.DoJ and DoT do not recognize emotional support animals as service animals, which is why emotional support peacocks cannot fly on planes.  

I am tempted to fly to that place but then that defeats having a manager and I am basically adding more to my expense.

Texas is Texas:HEB, Taco Cabana, Whataburger, it's own Air Force and boots on the ground military, can legally fly it's flag at the same height as the US Flag, has a ranch larger than Rhode Island.And a lot of Horses. 

We fly up regularly so our young kids can see cousins& grandparents, and when we do, we end up typically renting a short term rental in costal Maine large enough to accommodate the whole family.

I’m not a big fan of fly by night partnerships.

Too many over valued cash offers flying around right now.

Get good at figuring out rehab pricing on the fly, get access to your local MLS so that you can learn how to most accurately comp the properties and also figure out which local wholesalers understand what a good deal looks like.
