Any good brands of water saving flushing mechanisms?

Eh...probably no.A wise mentor told me once, "Any time someone tells me they want to get into real estate, I tell them first take a $100 bill, walk into the bathroom, and flush it down the toilet.  

If the power is out, you can still flush for a bit since the sump will have some storage capacity, but eventually it will fill up and overflow.

Primarily it means networking your *** off to find a mix of private money, credit lines, hard money, and some of your own capital in order to make multiple purchases and scale while still adhering to the seasoning (at least for the options I’m pursuing)Unless you’re flush with cash to make every purchase that way and use delayed financing, the likely option up front is to use hard money.

I believe it might also bring a more responsible group and flushes out some of the riff-raff.  

Flip to a better equipped rehabber who can buy you out flush.

You need to deal with that flush handle asap. 

Do not flush wipes in them, feminine products, grease, etc.  

Interior studs are often not level and flush in houses designed to be plastered, which makes upgrading a pain?

With sandy soils in florida, I would think it would be low maintenance as long as your tentants aren't flushing non-biodredable stuff.
