I don't think you even need to be a general contractor or subcontractor to set up an account there.They have a cool warehouse Northwest of Chicago.Otherwise, Home Depot's Lifeproof floor is pretty nice too, but not sure how it compares in pricing to what you saw.

While you wouldn't have any protection for the flood damage you incurred (sheetrock, trim, floors, insulation, electrical, contents, etc.), you would have coverage for the wind damage you incurred (roof, gutters, blown out windows, etc.).

The footprint of the building is about 1600 sq feet, so I think I may be able to put a couple bedrooms up there, making a third floor.

Already a co-owner of  single family home with shared common space and bedrooms rented to individuals.  

All new appliances, no garage, lvp floors + carpet upstairs.

They were pleased what house they could get for their money, good schools and more space.

In the DSCR space, every 1% you paid in origination, brought the rate down by half-a-percent (with most lenders).
