Drilled , a well contractor , hand dug and just about any dirt contractor can fill

They will be filling out the forms 709 (I think that is what it is called). 

I'm still new at this and filling in the gaps.

I have all the data on a spreadsheet and just fill into their form.  

Did the listing agent fill out the paperwork for you?

The funny thing is at least half the properties are not "passive" but stress filled with lots of activity (frequent maintenance costs, turnover, vacancy, eviction, cap ex)   Decisions have to be made sometimes with little time or little oversight when doing it so far away.    

Living rooms and kitchens are filled with guy related artwork. 

You are not going to put in a farm sink and marble if you're no where near a farm and your neighborhood is filled with Millenials.

I would just email them an application and ask them to fill it out and still make them pay for screening costs just like new tenants.
