When the transaction closes, the purchase is funded, and we set aside additional funds in an escrow account to pay predetermined professionals to make any required or desired repairs or upgrades to a property AFTER the buyers settle on the purchase transaction.

We just closed on the property last week.

I’m also a real estate investor in Maryland close to Gaithersburg.

He was helping a friend in a weird situation but $700 was fairly close to what others rented for.

So waiting to buy/close in 2025 is better or “put into service” in 2025?
