We provide a fridge and a stove and also supply washer/dryer hookups but not the washer and dryer itself.As far as dishwashers go we only supply them in the better neighborhoods we have properties in where we feel the tenants have more of a likelihood to use them responsibly.

I had a gut feeling something was not right and I feel I have made the right decision to stop, especially as a struggling student.

The property is 2 hours away, but it feels like I’d lose a lot of control.

This is an old thread and I don't have an opinion on Rent Hero (except that maybe this business name feels a little dated and pigeon holes them)For tracking receipts Real Estate Investors often think they need physical receipts for every single tax deduction.

It is also risky when you consider that if you lose, you do not get reimbursed for legal fees.If you feel that you will win rather quickly, why not represent yourself?
