These homeowners have a dining room table full of letters and postcards from guys like us.

I have asked sellers where they would be most comfortable meeting and taken their recommendations.A private dining room can be good as well, given the symbolism of eating together. 

The house is beautiful but only 3 bed/1 bath (all upstairs), main floor has all original hardwood flooring (living room, sunroom, formal dining and eat in kitchen) and the unfinshed basement  has laundry, storage, and an emergency toilet (no walls surrounding it lol).

Downtown has quite a few dining options on the riverfront as well as a number of places to have a drink.  

Those guys are a dine a dozen and their clothing is always spiffy.

The property was in good condition but a socket caught fire while the tenant was using the dining room as an office.
