Some already made some money on getting some good eminent domain prices.

Definitely some new domains for us but that is why we would be partnering (as well as our time is limited and the partner just recently quit his W2 job (taking sabbatical) - he indicated he would hand off one of his current RE projects to support this one). 

Investors that are successful in this domain pay cash, rent it section 8, and let ride.

To open up an llc, buy a domain and read an ebook usually does not yet require you to quit your job... 

But the caveat is: this assumes that the development continues up North near Domain and near the apple campus (which is highly likely though).

But we have to be careful though on framing the investor self-righteous on his opinion, I think there are two types; the one who really is very knowledgeable and really narrowed down his investment criteria to the T and works with what he feels conformable already knowing what is require on the others RE niches ( for this type I will not consider him self-righteous because clearly is his niche and domain and terrain. 

Maybe heating abandoned buildings, purchasing out dated buildings via Imminent domain, or hiring local property managers to lease out units on behalf of the government would be potential solutions.

How is this different from eminent domain?
