Communication has been a major issue, and I'm finding it difficult to get timely updates or clear answers from them.Given these challenges, I am losing faith in their ability to manage the property effectively and am seriously considering switching to a new property manager.Has anyone experienced similar issues?

Ironically it's much more difficult to buy a quality asset than a cheap duplex, as you are competing with other experienced investors and it may take more time.

Can still be difficult to sue though.A decent percentage of the time this can also be due to low-demographic tenants trying to take advantage of ownership change by claiming, "they don't know who to pay rent to".
