Looking to network with other investors as I seek to expand my long-term rental portfolio (I own one condo that I rent out, now looking for multifamilies).

I have a great network here in Utah for almost every aspect of the transaction and I am always happy to represent anyone as an agent, with hands on experience with investing, I currently own three properties and am finishing my first flip.

So far I've marketed on FB, through my own network and on a rental site that shares to several others like redfin... etc.

Biggest challenge is to network to build relationships with rehab facilities, detox centers, IOP/PHP clinics.
