They are much more fun for me to remodel because they are not cookie cutter and you definitely don't get economies of scale, so probably not the best criteria to go by, thus my low number for the time period, but even balance for me.

Aside from giving you mindmaps, checklists, scopes of work, as well as non-Ohio-specific contracts -- all of which are definitely valuable and save time, but can be re-created and are available elsewhere for less -- plus "credibility packets" (that's very basic and cookie-cutter) and private money presentation (which actually is inferior to what competition offers), what is there?

Learning to highlight spaces with out taking away is difficult.Unfortunately the neighbors creative listing and the fact that you cant see the pics is definitely problematic but you must figure out how to make yours seem like a better deal because you went above and beyond that "cookie cutter builders special " type house...
