Can someone recommend any advice on anything (setting up partnership structure, accounting/ setting up a bank account , lending with foreign investors, sourcing deals etc…).

All your first set of questions can be answered by looking online or calling several local competitors.Your accounting questions though, show such a lack of basic knowledge that you probably shouldn't be doing this until you have more experience.

When you log in to your own account you can continue watching shows where you left off, see your favorites, etc.I use Roku TVs and set them up in guest mode so that the Wi-Fi is already connected and all they have to do is log in to the apps.

With this set up, we were able to get a DSCR loan through Kiavi with only a few extra steps compared to an LLC.  

Keeping it as one big space may set it apart from standard storage units, but you could also test demand with dividers for varied price points.

Those that leap too quickly are suffering from FOMO or trying to be like someone else, but if they do it when their foundation is not set, it makes for bad construction.

Ask the planning group to look at another subdivision plans and also ask the engineering firm for a similar set of plans to look through.
