If everyone just fell into this "crawl in a hole" mentality we are all going to be in bad shape.

Just broke ground to build 2x what you described above with crawl, brick foundation and vinyl siding.

We couldn't get in the crawl space because the current owner glued the hatch shut.

There are still buyers taking advantage of the great rates, but what if the buying market slows down to a crawl.
