The only thing I don't like about HD/Lowes installation is everything is a few levels of communication.

I even use Skype and TeamViewer to communicate with clients so I'd highly recommend looking for one of the best with great references that interviews well with you.So look for someone you can connect with that works out for your situation.Feel free to ask here if you have questions

When I first interviewed(phone) with one of the owners everything looked great and communication didn't seem to be an issue.

A virtual ssisstant who usually works for you out of this country and will typically be cheaper and good at what you need and you typically communicate with you by the computer.  

We informed them then that it was leased out as per the email communication.

I cut them in half if tenants communicate with me prior.  

Are there differences if I reach out to banks, to accredited investors, to the general public, or the way that I communicate?

Here are mine for each - just my two cents:  Turn-Over/Cleaning Services - Local cleaner - it's been great, took a few different ones until I found a great one, but I've now had this crew for the last 8 months, no issues at all, and great communication.
