Instead they usually fall victim to the less-than-ethical gurus, coaches and mentors that are looking to just make money off the newbie.You are in a great market with LOTS of opportunity.  

I am willing to work in trade for learning, but I need to work directly with an actual mentor...not a guru, not a coach, not someone who is going to drain my funds.Anyone?!?

What is worse are the WH gurus and coaches or mentors that prey on them, those are our bottom feeders.

We travel to Europe every year, but coach.

I played second base for them, and now I am a 5th year student coach for the softball program.  

This website is a great resource for beginning and advanced investors, at a much lower cost than the coaching upsell at the 3-day bootcamp.

REAPS has satellite networking events which are quite good from my experience but I would probably avoid the larger, guru based events as there is only 30 to 45 minutes worth of networking before having to listen to a salesman talk about their $20,000 coaching program.

She still has a rental portfolio there and she does real estate coaching. 

I just had a baby last year and she had a hole in her heart and just got open heart surgery but she is starting to do better however I am not wanting to leave her 50 hours a week and go back to that business I have always been interested in Real Estate I just need someone to help me and coach me on how to get started!
