Cash flow is the life blood of any business.

I ask as I was aiming this towards Brokers/Agents as those are the folks who have something to sell & their life blood depends on getting in front of people.

I am out of NYC but the entry point is a bit too rich for my blood out here.

Nevada and Arizona are great, but maybe a little too hot for my thin CA blood, lol.

Having already built one, I know all too well about Initial start up costs, time and the blood, sweat and tears of building a business from the ground up.

I mean, an infestation of unwanted house guests is bad enough, but when those bugs also penetrate the innermost sanctum of one's castle, come out at night to do their dirty work, and suck their host's blood for a living, that's just double or triple the creepy factor.

Occasionally, a board filled with members who have no ideas and no hope will get an infusion of fresh new blood that knows, for example, how to use technology to improve a school system's results.

But that hustle got me to FI quick and built a foundation for my blood line.

They had first right of refusal, but there was some bad blood once the trustee found out how little they were paying per month for the lease (her dad & the flower company founder were good friends so he paid $1,500/month for all 17 acres of prime CA farmland!!!

Isn't it ironic how the one time borrowers got a 'leg up' in the form ridiculously low interest rate mortgages that those same 'assets' are partially what is behind the collapse of several significant US banks and bey...
