With that being said, I have begun looking for deals however I wanted to ask those with more experience the best places or people to contact about potentially purchasing a complex?

It sounds like you’re fairly new and have only just begun looking at properties…  regardless, the agents you’re dealing with should have been more responsive.

 I have just begun using the Biggerpockets tools and listening to multiple podcasts/Youtube (Biggerpockets, Fairless, jake and gino etc..)

Hi all,I am a soon to be college graduate from outside of Boston MA, and I have begun looking around at different housing markets for good deals in order to secure a property to house hack upon graduation. 

Al,I’ve just begun looking in the Huntsville market for small multi-family like you.I would be bringing my own capital in the deal as a partner most likely for a deal this size. 

I had to change the elements, however, about 5 months ago which is where are of our problems have begun. 

So now I have taken THE LEAP and have begun cold calling and placing my marketing signs in various locations.
