The rules are pretty complicated and the only people who really know all the terms and rules thoroughly are the Rent Levelling Board.Caveating that I’m not an attorney so go seek your own advice but I clarified a few things at a recent rent levelling hearing (which are open to the public and you can find the schedules with a simple Google).

Though I have purchased some with a mix where 330+ days a year, people parked in the driveway and the street except when there were snow bans, but there was enough room to fit everyone in the driveway/parking lot, and that was a hassle to deal with some days. 

I've found that the more you share, the more you can grow your network and connect with like-minded people.

I have people who have been stationed there before, so I have a decent idea on areas to look in around the base.

@Kyle Carter People hit on the obvious, hype and excitement of a large name company like apple moving to an area. 

I’ve seen people buy land thinking water was covered only to find out they had to pay 6 figures to get water re-routes or upgrade pump stations.

This is where people fly in, this is where jobs and internships are, and it's central to the entire Triangle.

. , I didn't want it to loose that tenant so simply i helped him to get " energy assistance" this is a program to help people out if they can't afford heating bills , I don't know if it is in your state so you my want to check this out.

🤔 Anyway my point is you need to surround yourself with likeminded people.
