As a fellow New Yorker with knowledge of the Queens market and financing- I'm also looking to search a little further out of queens and BK.

I would like to know according to your experience (in or outside US) which strategies are best for international real estate offerings: Do you use social media, do you pay for a certain internet real estate website, do you prefer newspaper or magazine print ads?

I have a great online magazine that will give you insight to every area in the Triangle, you will find it very useful.

Basically like most New Yorkers I pay extremely high rent! 

One of the better trade magazines in this country is Multifamily Executive and they focus mostly on larger apartment complexes (over 100 units).

We are also going to test running an advertorial publication in a few select papers and magazines to see how the responses are.

We also have a beautiful golf course property just listed on VRBO and trying to come up with some marketing avenues to to affluent golfers and large family retreats in the USVI.Thinking Facebook page is the next step and look into golf magazines or send direct flyers out somehow.  

I used to have cable TV, several magazine subscriptions, etc.
