I'm more of a conservative investor, so I'd say slow and steady beats quick and risky :)Since you haven't made your first investment yet, this is a little bit cart-before-the-horse, but once you have that first MFR under your belt, don't forget that you can always use the 1031 exchange to leapfrog it into bigger and better, or smaller and more numerous, if you find other, more lucrative, REI opportunities down the road.

It is too late at this point, I already removed all of it just with the spray/scrape method but I am definitely investing in a steamer next time...Some issues I run into are after the wallpaper has been removed and I find horse hair plaster that is not in great condition.

Again, I said no, I don't need the extra hassle of every month going to see if this horse has destroyed my house.I think they thought we would roll over, and I may have when i first started out, but now I've learned better.

Not all but some.. and it could happen if you say buy in a one horse town and the horse goes lame.
