I got 3 quotes from 3 contractors all suggesting different methods. 1 - $23,000 - 47 concrete piers with rebar2 - $6,500 - 38 concrete piers with steel support beams 3 - $11,000 - no piers (more on that below), polyurethane injection Contractor 3 said piers aren't necessary as their is clear evidence that piers had already been installed previously.

.- Install reinforced steel rebar into base of the column.- Pour new footer and reinforce with concrete and rebar per engineering report.- Backfill soil around each footer.- Dig around 7 exposed deck footers and reinforce, dig 2 feet and apply rebar, pour concrete and replace old footers.

We already got rid of the wallpaper and painted the walls, my husband got rid of the green laminate floors and installed new flooring, we have also found an awesome vendor who organized brand new stainless steel appliances for us at an awesome price, we are busy replacing the white appliances as they cave in on us.
