I've always been interested in investing and like to absorb as much information as possible related to finance since I grew up in a poor family and have been on my own since 17 years old.

Have you always spent 20% on marketing or has this became a number that you grew into? 

Unless you live on that block, grew up in those streets and no who's who and what's what I would stay clear.Fool's errand for most investors.  

Padda grew up in India during war and uncertainty.

Some really bad people are just better than others about not getting caught and some people with criminal records did their bad during the early years of their life, grew up and changed for the better.We have very few problems with tenants because our lease agreement is about 21 or 24 pages and we go through everything that is important to us before signing the lease and then read every word on the lease to the tenant, slowly, and seek confirmation and agreement from the applicant during the signing.
