Try washing a door with Murphy's oil soap and see if it look more "new", or "new enough" to re-use, and maybe think about just working with the cherry or whatever color the manufacturer put on.Also if the cabinets are not luxury to start with, the finish probably won't make them so, as because as others have said, they lack the special slow close drawers, dovetails, special cabinets, wine rack, moldings, etc... 

@Christian Wathne I was thinking maybe go half towards brrrr to supplement cash flow and support my dream of a farm and a RV park in wine country.

Hello, I'm looking for some HVAC work done in Montgomery County, Maryland in a wine production facility.

We got entitlements on a property off Hwy 5 near Lake Shasta in Northern California and are building a "Wine Village."

For my particularly property I was targeting specific business types (in my case mom and pop wine stores or kids indoor gym/playground). 

Called wine and dine July 13th I'm going to that one.

Sacramento's median home price is $350k so you're not getting much there... but Stockton's median home price is $270k, so you can afford nearly half the homes for sale there.You can't go Northwest to Napa and the rest of the wine country, you'll pay the same as Bay Area if not more.
