@Logan Wright i like this question because you're going to get a lot of differing opinions here. so i'll start with a disclaimer - there is no one-size-fits-all in real estate. what makes sense for you may not make sense for someone else, and vice a versa.personally, i dont think i would be interested in moving from cash-flow positive to negative for the purpose of purchasing a another property...
