@Anthony Wright There is nothing within the IRS guidelines that say you can not refinance within any time of your 1031 exchange.

So far I've been able to drop into the Invest DGP meet-up over at Angry Ale's (shoutout to Evans Wright) and CLT BUILD's meet-up over at Devil's Logic.

@Logan Wright i like this question because you're going to get a lot of differing opinions here. so i'll start with a disclaimer - there is no one-size-fits-all in real estate. what makes sense for you may not make sense for someone else, and vice a versa.personally, i dont think i would be interested in moving from cash-flow positive to negative for the purpose of purchasing a another property...
